Subject: additional veggies?
I have recently discovered your products, and the frozen vegetables are wonderful (especially the broccoli). I have not been able to find any organic frozen greens such as collard, kale, mustard etc. that are produced by you or any other company. Any chance you could please add these? I think you would find many of us to purchase them!

Hello Steve: My name is Michele
I am looking for organic frozen corn that has not been blanched or heated in any way prior to freezing.
I make chips and crackers that are specifically designed for people who don't eat any food that has been cooked or heated above 115 degrees farenheit. It may sound like a niche market, and it is; however it is a growing industry and sub-culture of vegan and vegetarianism.

All of our products are heated to stabilize the sugars and starches and kill harmful bacteria. Be very careful in selling any product not properly handled for bacteria. That is where botulism comes from. Sorry, no can do.
Fresh out of the field seems most possible for you. If you make chips look at dry field corn. We may be able to supply fresh sweet corn to you. That's it...
